Great service! Friendly, knowledgable, Aussie humour. Love the Fisher and Paykel washing machine, very responsive and easy to use. The machine does what I tell it to do and it's quiet. It would make a top husband!

I would just like to say a big thank you to Ross who went way and beyond the call of duty in helping me out with my bosch washer. Bosch were unable to make a service call for a week and he took the time to come and sort the problem for me as a courtesy to a customer. So rare to get customer service like this and so appreciated. Well done to Joondalup fridge and washer city. The best Washing machine store in Perth!

Thank you Fridge and Washer City Joondalup, Great service and excellent price. The fridge freezer that they recommended is perfect for our home and the price was within our budget. They assisted us all the way and helped us with the delivery and fridge installation. Mik and Moya were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions and provide the best advice regarding what Fridge freezer to choose. Having a huge showroom, Fridge and Washer City Joondalup allow us to see and touch the fridge freezer and this made our decision easier. All of the store's staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would never consider going anywhere else. 5 stars to you and keep up the good work.

We have just purchased a fridge, freezer, heat pump dryer and front loader from the team at Joondalup. Mik could not have been more helpful, his knowledge of the various units was great and his attitude and approach to our particular circumstances regarding a delayed delivery could not have been better. And the final price was good. Certainly happy to recommend them to anyone.
