Refrigerator store

Very poor customer service. Don't pay up front! You won't be notified when your gear arrives, worse they'll tell you they will look and take off without letting other staff know what you want. When you complain you will literally be laughed out of the store. Laughing at customers? Disgusting and not very bright. Definitely shopping elsewhere from now on!

We had a problem with our Waeco fridge freezer while we were travelling in our caravan. These people were so helpful and did their best to fix our problem knowing that we had to travel on. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service by the cool dude with dreads at the front counter (and all other staff that asked if we needed help).

I have used Perth Commercial Fridges a few times now for our business, they are always helpful on the phone & delivery was super quick.

I drove up from Perth yesterday to install some new antivirus on my fathers computer, he wanted me to support local and buy it at Northam. The cheapest they had was Trend Micro at $49 for 1 device. I purchased it and installed on my fathers computer.Im back in Perth and happened to be in Office Works and noticed they had exactly the same product but for 3 devices for $28. With such a huge difference in price my father today rang up to enquire if the price was correct. He spoke to a Jody who afetr he explained the above became verry rude and hung up the phone on him, my father rang straight back and told Jody that its not nice to hang up on people and that she was verry rude. To that end he said she was the type of person who wouldn't let you get a word in edgewise and after he told her that he was going to put this on Google review she implied she couldn't care less!So much for supporting local. We have a reciept to show and anyone can go on Office Works website and check for yourself ther price !

What a great experience I had with Winning Appliances. Their sales staff was responsive and understanding to my requirements and they called back when they said they would. Having one person take ownership added to the overall lovely experience I had. And not to mention their great prices and commitment to customer satisfaction.

The service provided by Daniel was professional, friendly and informative. I needed a fridge with specific dimensional limitations and he walked me through the options. Once settled on a product he assisted with negotiating a fair price and it was delivered and installed promptly. The service all round was excellent. Guarantee I will search them out again when looking for something else electrical. Thanks !

Company van with very dangerous and aggressive driving on Graham Farmer Fwy / Orrong Rd approx 4:25pm on 08/11/21. Poor reflection on company.
